Using followOS Email with Klaviyo

Open Integrations in followOS and click Connect Klaviyo, or start from the followOS listing inside Klaviyo. Klaviyo asks you to approve the access followOS needs (lists, profiles, segments, campaigns, templates, images, flows, metrics, events). Approve it and you land back in followOS with Klaviyo connected.

If you started from Klaviyo and did not have a followOS account yet, sign up on the page you land on. Your Klaviyo connection is waiting and attaches to your new account automatically.

Enter your website during onboarding. followOS reads your products, photos, colors, and the way you write, and builds a brand profile you can review and edit under Brand voice.

On Campaigns, pick a type (promotion, new product, event, announcement, win-back, newsletter), choose an audience, optionally pick products, and add a short brief. Click Generate email. followOS writes the email, designs it, and creates it as a draft campaign in Klaviyo, with a subject line and preview text.

Click Edit design & copy to open the studio. Change words, swap photos, drag sections into a new order, resize text, or ask for more looks. Every save updates the draft in your Klaviyo account, so what you see in followOS is what Klaviyo will send.

Click Approve in followOS to schedule the send, or open the draft in Klaviyo and send it from there. Audiences you pick in followOS are created as Klaviyo segments built from real order data.

On Flows, choose Welcome, Win-back, Post-purchase, Abandoned cart, or another type, add a brief, and click Build my flow. followOS plans the sequence, writes every email, and creates the flow in Klaviyo as a draft with triggers and delays set. Review each email in the flow studio, then set it live.

Open Integrations and click Disconnect next to Klaviyo. followOS stops reading and writing to your account immediately. Drafts already in Klaviyo stay in Klaviyo. You can also revoke access from Klaviyo under Integrations › Manage apps.
