A build is one campaign or one flow, written, designed and ready to send. Edits, test sends, extra looks and duplicates are free. Builds reset on the first of the month; a bought build is used in the month it is bought. The daily limit is the same whatever you buy. A send larger than your level allows needs a smaller audience or the next level. Nothing is charged until you approve your first send. Growth starts with a 7-day free trial and a $99 first month; Scale and Enterprise are charged from the first day. Shopify App Store installs are billed through Shopify at the same prices. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which are determined by your billing address.

FAQs
01What counts as a build?
One campaign or one flow, generated from your brief: the words, the design, the pictures and the audience, ready to send. Editing it afterwards, sending yourself a test, trying more looks or duplicating it costs nothing. A build is counted the moment it is generated, whether or not you send it.
02What happens when I use all my builds?
Everything you have already made keeps working: you can still edit, schedule and send it. New builds wait until the first of the month, or you can add one for the price on your level, or move up a level from your Profile. There is also a daily limit on every level, and that one is never for sale: it opens again at midnight.
03How do the free trial and the $99 first month work?
On Growth, your plan starts with a 7-day free trial the day you approve your first send. Add a card, nothing is charged for seven days, and you can cancel in one click before then and pay nothing. If you stay, your first month is $99, then $299 a month. Scale and Enterprise have no trial and no first-month price: they are charged from the first day.
04Will anything send without my approval?
No. followOS writes, designs and schedules, and you approve every send. Until you do, a campaign is a draft and a flow is paused.
05Which email platforms work with it?
Klaviyo, Mailchimp and Omnisend, or the built-in followOS sender if you have no platform yet. Your audiences come from your real order data either way, and your list stays yours.
06Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no contract on any level. Cancel or pause from your Profile in one click; the plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and nothing is charged after that.
